What to expect

As the wheel of the year turns towards Samhain, we step into a sacred threshold—the space between light and dark, seen and unseen, past and possibility. It’s a potent time for reflection, remembrance, and release. This one-day retreat invites you to honour this transition by gently letting go of what no longer serves and cutting energetic cords with kindness and intention. Through movement, stillness, ceremony, and connection, you’ll be guided into deep rest and soulful release—creating space for clarity, renewal, and inner peace as we journey into the darker half of the year.
