Join me for the third in my "Journey to..." series โ€“ a workshop designed to help you cultivate the strength, balance, and confidence needed for headstand. Sirsasana, the king of yoga poses, is more than just inverting your body; itโ€™s about building a strong foundation, engaging your core, and developing trust in yourself. Weโ€™ll break it down step by step, exploring preparatory movements, alignment techniques, and mindful progressions to help you find stability and ease in your inversion practice. Whether you're taking your first steps towards headstand or refining an existing practice, this workshop will support you in moving with awareness and grace. ๐Ÿ”ธ What to Expect: โœ… Breathwork to activate deep core engagement โœ… Dynamic yoga sequences to strengthen shoulders, arms & core โœ… Drills to build confidence in inversions โœ… Step-by-step guidance into Headstand (Sirsasana), with modifications & variations โœ… Gentle stretches to release & restore โœ… A guided savasana for deep integration โœ… Exclusive lifetime access to a guided video practice to support your core strength journey at home Open to all levels โ€“ with modifications and progressions to support you wherever you are on your journey. We may not all find full inversion in this session, but youโ€™ll leave with the foundation, the alignment, and the confidence to explore headstand in your own time. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Booking Required - All classes must be pre-booked as spaces are limited. If you have bought a class pass, you still need to book individual classes, as during busy periods, we may not have space for drop-ins; I will sadly have to turn you away if the class is at capacity :( - Maximum capacities: - **The Pod**: 12 participants - **The Midwives Circle**: 8 participants Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations must be made at least **4 hours** before the class start time to receive a refund or transfer. - Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period are non-refundable, as classes often have waiting lists.
