This day retreat offers you the space to slow down, reconnect, and deeply nourish both body and mind. Through a carefully crafted blend of mindful movement, restorative yoga, mindfulness and connection, allow me to guide you in releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and softening into your true self. The day invites you to explore gentle practices that encourage relaxation, support your body's natural rhythm, and foster a profound sense of well-being. Whether you’re seeking to unwind, reset, or simply find a moment of stillness, this retreat will leave you feeling centred, renewed, and deeply restored. Make the most of the long weekend. Here is what you can expect: 10:00 - 10:30 | Opening Circle Arrive and set your intention for the day 10:30 - 11:45 | Hatha Yoga Energise and connect with your body 11:45 - 12:15 | Mindfulness Walk (or Indoor Mindfulness Practice if Weather is Poor) 12:15 - 1:15 | Lunch Nourish, connect and rest 1:15 - 2:00 | Yoga Nidra Deep relaxation for mind and body 2:00 - 2:30 | Guided Journaling Reflect on the day’s theme 2:30 - 3:15 | Restorative Yoga Deepen relaxation and integration 3:15 - 4:00 | Closing Circle Reflect and share your insights I truly value the connection that comes with smaller groups, which is why spaces for this special and intimate gathering are limited to just 8 participants. Cranfield The Granary is a beautifully restored barn, nestled behind a charming 17th-century Manor House, set within the peaceful surroundings of a working farm. With its rustic charm and tranquil atmosphere, The Granary offers a perfect blend of history and comfort, creating a serene retreat away from the bustle of everyday life. Located just 40 minutes from Kettering, it’s the ideal escape—far enough to feel like a refreshing getaway, yet close enough to make the journey effortless and enjoyable.

Cancellation Policy
To help create a smooth and supportive experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through the following policy before booking your place on a retreat. Booking and Payment Spaces are limited and bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place, unless otherwise stated. Payment plans or deposits may be available for longer or residential retreats—please enquire directly if you’d like to discuss this. Cancellations and Refunds Up to 30 days before the retreat: If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat date, you will receive a full refund minus a small admin fee (e.g. £10) to cover processing costs. Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds can be given for cancellations within 30 days of the retreat date unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. If we’re able to fill your space, a refund will be offered minus the admin fee. If I need to cancel the retreat for any reason, a full refund will be given to all participants. Transferring Your Place You are welcome to transfer your place to a friend if you’re no longer able to attend. Please let me know in advance so I can update the guest list and any dietary or access needs. Health & Well-being It’s important to me that the retreat is a safe and supportive space. By booking, you confirm that you are participating in activities at your own pace and responsibility, and that you’ll inform me of any injuries, health conditions or additional needs prior to the event. My retreats are open to all levels of experience and ability. Activities are offered with optional variations and rest is always encouraged. Inclusivity & Respect These retreats are small, heart-led gatherings where kindness, privacy, and mutual respect are key. Everyone is welcome, and we honour each person’s presence in the space. Photography Sometimes I may take gentle photos of the retreat environment or practice space (never during private or sensitive moments). These may be used for future promotion. Please let me know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed—we’ll always respect your wishes.
