* technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and interactions with the website.
Payments are handled securely by Wix and its payment providers. I do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
How I use your information
I use personal information to:
* respond to enquiries;
* provide and manage the services you have booked or purchased;
* communicate with you about bookings, payments or changes to services;
* maintain financial and business records;
* keep the website secure and understand how it is used;
* send newsletters and marketing where you have consented;
* advertise and measure the effectiveness of advertising.
My lawful bases include performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate business interests and obtaining your consent. Health information is used only where you have chosen to provide it and where it is needed to support your safety and participation.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting me.
Cookies and Meta advertising
This website uses essential cookies to provide features such as security, bookings, payments and member accounts.
With your permission, it may also use analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel helps me understand whether Facebook and Instagram advertisements lead to website visits, enquiries or bookings, create advertising audiences and show relevant advertisements.
Information shared with Meta may include your IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, pages visited and actions taken on the website. Meta may combine this with information it already holds and process it in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Advertising and analytics technologies will only be activated after you have given consent through the website’s cookie controls. You can reject them or change your choices at any time through the cookie settings.
I do not intentionally send health information, booking notes, payment-card information or the contents of private messages to Meta.
Who I share information with
I may share information with trusted providers where necessary, including:
* Wix, which hosts the website and provides booking, membership, email and payment services;
* payment-processing providers;
* email and communication providers;
* Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for advertising, where you have consented;
* accountants, insurers, professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
I do not sell your personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate legal safeguards are used.
How long I keep information
Booking, payment and financial records are normally kept for up to six years for tax and legal purposes. Enquiry information is generally kept for up to twelve months after our last contact. Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including safety, insurance or legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
* request a copy of your personal information;
* correct inaccurate information;
* ask for information to be deleted or restricted;
* object to certain uses of your information;
* withdraw consent;
* request that information is transferred to you or another provider.
To exercise these rights, contact me via email.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for data protection.
Children
Bookings for anyone under 18 should be made by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian. I do not knowingly use children’s personal information for targeted advertising.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
