Improved Emotional Regulation: LKM can activate brain regions associated with empathy and emotional processing, leading to better emotional regulation and resilience. Reduced Symptoms of PTSD and Depression: Studies have found that LKM can decrease symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). For instance, a study by Kearney et al.
