Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £150.
-
The remaining balance is due by Sunday 1st March 2026. If payment is not received by this date, your place may be offered to another guest.

If booking after 1st March 2026, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.
2. Prices & Accommodation
-
Sharing: £335 per person – twin beds or bunks in shared glamping accommodation with one other guest.
-
Single: £350 per person – one single-occupancy 1960s retro caravan (“Flump”). Only one available.
-
All bedding is provided. Please bring your own towels and toiletries.

Allocation of accommodation is made at the organiser’s discretion, taking into account preferences where possible.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
-
If you cancel after paying your balance:
-
More than 8 weeks before the retreat: 50% refund of balance paid (deposit remains non-refundable).
-
Less than 8 weeks before the retreat: no refund will be given.

You may transfer your booking to another person (of the same gender, as this is a women-only retreat) at no additional cost but you must inform me of the person's details.

In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. The organiser will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred (e.g. travel costs).
4. What’s Included

2 nights’ accommodation (twin-share or single)

All scheduled yoga, meditation, and group sessions

All meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks during the retreat

Use of the communal facilities
5. What’s Not Included

Travel to and from the retreat venue

Towels and personal toiletries

Travel insurance (recommended)
6. Health & Wellbeing
-
This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
-
By booking, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate in yoga and retreat activities, or that you have consulted your doctor where necessary.

You are responsible for listening to your body, modifying or resting where needed, and informing the organiser of any health conditions, injuries, or relevant circumstances before the retreat begins.
7. Etiquette
This is a women-only retreat, and we aim to create a safe, nurturing, and respectful space for everyone attending. We ask that all guests:

Approach one another with kindness, openness, and consideration.

Honour confidentiality — what is shared within the group stays within the group.
-
Support a calm and restorative atmosphere by avoiding alcohol during the retreat.

Communicate any needs or concerns to the organiser so they can be addressed.
8. Liability

Participation in yoga and other activities is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

It is recommended that you have suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
