Saturday 31st October 2026 | Release, Reset, Renew

6 hr
70 British pounds
The Granary

What to expect

As the light wanes and the wheel of the year turns toward the darker months, Samhain invites us to slow down, turn inward, and honour the cycles of release and renewal. This retreat offers a sacred pause to connect with yourself and the season, creating space to rest, reflect, and gently let go. Through a nurturing blend of yoga, meditation, restorative practices, and soulful reflection, you’ll be guided to soften tension, calm the nervous system, and open to the quiet wisdom of this time of year. Rooted in the spirit of Samhain, our day together will honour endings, transitions, and the fertile stillness that prepares the ground for new beginnings. The retreat offers space to: Ground through gentle, embodied yoga and mindful breathwork. Find stillness in deep relaxation and restorative practices. Honour Samhain with rituals of release, gratitude, and reflection. Share connection and community in a supportive circle. 🗓️ When: Saturday 31st October 2026 10-4pm 📍 Where: The Granary, nr. Cranfield The Granary is a beautifully restored barn, nestled behind a charming 17th-century Manor House, set within the peaceful surroundings of a working farm. With its rustic charm and tranquil atmosphere, The Granary offers a perfect blend of history and comfort, creating a serene retreat away from the bustle of everyday life. Located just 40 minutes from Kettering, it’s the ideal escape—far enough to feel like a refreshing getaway, yet close enough to make the journey effortless and enjoyable. I am taking £20 deposits at this stage, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before the retreat.
