What to expect
This small Wednesday evening class is a gentle, nourishing yoga space created especially for women. Held at the beautiful Midwives Circle in Kettering, these sessions offer a pause in the week; a place to arrive exactly as you are and to tend to your body, breath, and inner landscape with care. Classes are slow and considered, weaving together gentle Hatha and restorative elements, mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness. You’ll be guided to listen inwardly rather than push, honouring energy levels, cycles, and the subtle wisdom of the body. Yoga philosophy is gently threaded through the practice, offering reflections you can carry with you beyond the mat. This is not fitness-focused yoga. It’s a practice of reconnection grounding, softening, and remembering yourself beneath the layers of busyness and expectation. The space is trauma-informed, supportive, and inclusive. You will never be adjusted or rushed. Options are always offered, and rest is welcomed as part of the practice. Suitable for beginners, returners, and those seeking a quieter, more soulful approach to yoga.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-Booking Required - All classes must be pre-booked as spaces are limited. If you have bought a class pass, you still need to book individual classes, as during busy periods, we may not have space for drop-ins; I will sadly have to turn you away if the class is at capacity :( - Maximum capacities: - **The Pod**: 12 participants - **The Midwives Circle**: 9 participants Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations must be made at least **4 hours** before the class start time to receive a refund or transfer. - Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period are non-refundable, as classes often have waiting lists.
