Home Practice
This is a growing library of yoga classes, meditations and supportive practices you can return to in your own time. Some sessions are complete, full-length classes, while others are shorter practices designed to offer grounding, rest or gentle guidance when you need it.
All practices are taught in the same spirit as my in-person teaching: steady, accessible, and rooted in care for the body, breath and nervous system. You are welcome to move at your own pace, revisit sessions as often as you like, and choose what feels supportive on any given day.
