I’m Vicki, and I’m passionate about guiding women back to themselves through gentle, nourishing yoga and holistic practices. My approach blends Yin and somatic yoga, creating deeply restorative sessions that invite stillness, reflection, and release. I believe in the power of moving slowly and mindfully, allowing the body and mind to unwind and reconnect.

In my yoga sessions, you’ll find a space where you can truly pause—whether through heart-opening Yin poses or somatic practices that release tension stored deep in the body. My teaching is gentle and grounded, offering a safe and nurturing environment for you to explore your body, breath, and inner landscape. I love weaving poetry, storytelling, and philosophy from all traditions into my classes, using words and ideas to deepen the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Beyond the physical practice, I draw on my background in counselling, life coaching, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to create holistic experiences that touch every aspect of well-being. Whether through coaching, meditation, or yoga, my goal is always the same: to help you feel more connected, more at ease, and more aligned with your true self.

Each of my sessions is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

"Vicki's sessions are calm and relaxing, and she ensures you feel safe. Somatic exercises are known and offered. Would HIGHLY recommend."

New to Yoga? Let me put your mind at ease.

Trying yoga for the first time can feel a little intimidating. Will I be good at it? Where should I put my mat? Rest assured, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

What do I need?
A yoga mat and a cosy blanket. When you are just starting, you can borrow both of these from me, but once you get established, you will want to buy your own. I recommend the basic Sticky Mats from Yoga Matters, I have used these for years and they are not expensive. I try to keep a couple in stock, so do ask if you need to buy one.

What should I wear?
Comfortable, layered clothing that lets you move and keeps you warm during relaxation.

I’m not flexible...
Perfect! That’s exactly why we practise yoga – flexibility will come in time.

Am I too old for this?
Absolutely not. Yoga is for everyone – there is no upper limit to your age! One of my yoga teacher friends is an octogenarian!

Do I need to come every week?
Not at all, but you'll probably want to. And the more regularly you practise, the better you’ll feel.

What if I fall asleep?
Then I’ll take it as a compliment – relaxation is key!

Can I ask questions during class?
Of course – always feel free to ask anything. Before, during and after class - I am here for it all!

Step onto your mat with confidence – this is your space to explore, learn, and grow.
