Transformative Rest —
A 3-Day Retreat for Women

Laurel Park has been a faithful haven for me over the years — for yoga retreats and for slipping away from the busyness of life. It’s idyllic, and only an hour or so away in Lincolnshire. Come as you are. We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, eat well, and let the nervous system settle back into a kinder rhythm. For the duration of the weekend, we will have exclusive occupancy of this award-winning campsite. It is set in just under 3 acres of greenery, ranging from mowed grass to wild meadow, with an array of laurels, contorted willow, birch, elder, cherry and leylandii trees. We will share our space with an abundance of wildlife, including rabbits, pigeons, hedgehogs, muntjacs, roe deer, owls, bats, woodpeckers, jays and many other creatures who frequent Laurel Park. The soundtrack is a background symphony of bird song.

Lovingly tended by its owners, Laurel Park is a haven of calm. Every detail has been created to feel sacred and unhurried — from the light-filled yoga barn to the luxurious glamping accommodation where you can sink into soft bedding at the end of the day. This is no ordinary campsite: it’s spotlessly clean, beautifully kept, and peaceful throughout — even the shower and toilet facilities feel like a treat.

They are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with plenty of sinks, toilets, and hot showers. There’s even a coin-fed washing machine and tumble dryer if you happen to need them. For extra convenience, there are small loo huts near the glamping units too.

Yoga Practice

Each day, we’ll gather in the Yoga Barn, fully equipped with mats, bolsters, bricks, and other props — overlooking Laurel Park’s meditation garden and communal gazebo. There are also beautiful outdoor spots tucked among the trees and open grassy areas, perfect for yoga, mindfulness, or meditation in the fresh air if you wish to take your practice outside.

The schedule is designed with balance in mind: time for movement, stillness, self-care, and quiet reflection, as well as gentle opportunities for connection with others. My sessions are accessible for all levels of experience, with props and adaptations to ensure every posture feels supportive and safe. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, moving only in ways that feel nourishing and kind for your unique circumstances.

Every practice is guided by our retreat theme: Transformational Rest — the idea that rest is not simply a pause, but a powerful reset for body, mind, and spirit. You’ll experience a balance of movement and stillness, designed to replenish energy, release tension, and create space for clarity and renewal.

Across the weekend, you’ll be invited into a blend of restful and restorative practices, including:

Accommodation is varied and full of character. Two beautifully converted 100-year-old railway wagons have been transformed into cosy shepherd-hut-style spaces, while two large safari-style canvas touareg tents offer plenty of room for comfort. These units are usually shared between two guests, but friends attending together can choose to share three to a tent if they wish. If you are attending with a friend, let me know and I can make sure you are together.

And new for 2026, a cosy little 2-berth hut, thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable single beds, a few homely touches, and the soft glow of fairy lights. There’s a heater to keep you snug, and your own private camping loo for convenience. Outside, a spacious covered area offers a sheltered spot with chairs and a table — perfect for morning tea or an unhurried chat in the fresh air.

And then there’s ‘Flump’ — a charming little 1960s retro caravan, perfect for the one guest who books our single-occupancy space. Inside, every glamping unit has sprung mattresses, bed linen, an electric heater, a kettle with mugs, and extra blankets for when you want to feel especially snug. ** Flump has now been booked!

Please bring your own towels and toiletries, whichever option you choose.
