What to expect

As the wheel of the year turns and the days grow shorter, nature offers us an invitation: to rest, to soften, and to turn inward. This one-day retreat is your space to do just that—to pause, breathe, and gently return to yourself. Through grounding movement, deep rest, and heartfelt connection, I’ll guide you through practices that honour the energy of winter. You’ll be held in a nurturing rhythm of stillness and spaciousness—gently releasing, quietly restoring, and settling into your inner sanctuary. This is your time to listen to your body’s whispers, to feel the support of the earth beneath you, and to rekindle the warmth within. Whether you're longing for deep rest, quiet reflection, or simply a moment to just be, this retreat is here to hold you.
