A New Way to Practise, When You Need It Most

Updated: 2 days ago

Over the years, one of the things I hear most often is: “I really wanted to come to class, but life got in the way.”

Work runs late. Children need you. Energy disappears. Sometimes you just don’t want to leave the house. That isn’t a lack of dedication. It’s real life.

So I’ve added something new to the website.

In addition to my in-person classes, I’m now offering home practice videos you can purchase individually. When you purchase a video, you get lifetime access, and you can download it as well if that suits you better. Occasionally, a dollar sign may appear on the video. Please don’t worry, all prices are in GBP.

Also, please be aware these aren’t polished studio productions!

It’s still me, just at home, sometimes fluffing my lefts and rights, occasionally pausing to think, teaching as I always do. No slick editing, no perfect takes. Just a real class, guided with care.

They’re there for the days you can’t make it to class but still want a proper practice. Or perhaps when you would like to explore the theme at home in your own time.

It is my understanding that you must be a site member to access these paid videos.

I will, of course, continue to share free videos. Small offerings, moments of support. These new sessions simply meet a different need.

You’ll find the videos waiting for you on the website, and you can access a free Yin practice here. After recording this in the early morning, editing for 90 minutes and then spending over an hour creating a voiceover and a yoga nidra script, I realised there was a technical issue with the aspect ratio, and while it doesn’t affect the practice itself, it felt right to offer this one openly as a gift.
