We all face stress in today’s world, but its effects go far beyond the physical. Chronic stress and high cortisol levels touch every part of who we are—our bodies, energy, emotions, intuition, and even our ability to feel joy.


In my latest video, I explore how the ancient yogic philosophy of the koshas—the five layers of self—can help us understand and manage stress holistically. This approach is central to what we teach at Ebb and Flow Wellness, offering tools to nurture balance across all aspects of your being.


Through yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and reflection, we can harmonise the koshas and gently lower cortisol levels, creating space to feel grounded, centred, and fully present. These are the same principles we’ll be diving into during our 6-week Cortisol Reset Programme.
