Pyjamas On, Cameras Off: Introducing Pyjama Bedtime Yoga

2 min read

By Friday evening, you might be ready to put your pyjamas on and stay at home. That’s exactly how you can join my new Pyjama Bedtime Yoga sessions.

We meet on Zoom on Fridays at 8.30pm for 25 minutes of gentle yoga and quiet rest. There’s no journey to make and no need to get changed into your yoga clothes. Simply find a comfortable space, grab a pillow and blanket, and cosy up.

What will we do?

Some weeks we’ll practise very gentle hatha, others yin, restorative yoga or yoga nidra. Every session will offer a gentle way to slow down and leave the week behind.

Our first session on 6th November, Leave the Day Behind, includes very gentle hatha yoga, with easy movements, comfortable stretches and time to rest.

You don’t even need a yoga mat for this session. A blanket on a comfortable, non-slip surface will do.

Your camera stays off

There’s no need to tidy the room or worry about being watched. I’ll guide you with clear spoken instructions so you don’t need to keep looking at the screen.

Move at your own pace, leave out anything that doesn’t feel comfortable and rest whenever you wish.

I’ve recorded a short sample to give you a feel for the sessions. Get comfortable and try it in your own time.

Can’t join us live?

Everyone who books receives the Zoom joining link in their booking confirmation.

After the session, I’ll email everyone who booked with the replay page link and password. The recording will be available for seven days, so you can enjoy it at a time that suits you or return to it during the week.

Try your first class free

Sessions are £5, and you can try your first class free using code PJFIRST at checkout.

Fridays, 8.30–8.55pm, live on Zoom, with seven-day replay access included.

Pyjamas on, cameras off. A little time just for you.
