There is something deeply nourishing about stepping out of the rhythm of everyday life and into a space that invites slowing, sensing, and remembering who we truly are. In 2026, I am delighted to offer four seasonal, soul-centred day retreats, each a chance to gather, reflect, rest, and renew in community and stillness.
These retreats run from 10am to 4pm and are held in the peaceful embrace of one of our familiar retreat spaces. Like gentle pauses in the seasonal dance of the year, each day holds space for yoga, reflection, ritual, journalling, shared conversation, and restorative embodiment.
I love the peaceful, tucked-away setting of The Granary in Cranfield, a restored barn on a working farm that feels like a true sanctuary, just 40 minutes from Kettering. Far enough away to give you that sense of going somewhere different, close enough to not involve an exhausting journey.
Retreat Dates for 2026:

Sunday 3rd May
As the earth shifts into full blossom and the light lingers a little longer, Beltane invites us to celebrate growth, aliveness, and the beauty of becoming. This retreat is an invitation to welcome our own blossoming, to honour where we are, what is emerging, and the quiet courage it takes to come fully into our own light.
There are currently 6 spaces left at this retreat.

Saturday 23rd August
As summer softens and harvest approaches, this day invites an opening of the hands and heart. We pause to notice what has grown, what has been released, and what feels ripe for appreciation.
There are currently 6 spaces left at this retreat.

Saturday 31st October
As the year turns toward darkness and the threshold thins, Samhain invites us into sacred remembering. This retreat honours endings and transitions, creating space to acknowledge what we are ready to release and what we will carry with us into the darker months.
There are currently 5 spaces left at this retreat.

Sunday 6th December
As winter settles in, we gather to rest, restore, and turn gently inward. Wintering is not about retreating from life, but about learning how to stay with ourselves in quieter, more compassionate ways.
If the weather allows, as it did last year, we will enjoy a beautiful countryside walk.
There are currently 7 spaces left at this retreat.
What These Retreat Days Offer
Each day is thoughtfully crafted to feel spacious, grounded, and meaningful. Not rushed. Not overfilled. Simply held with care and intention.
Across all four retreats, you can expect:
• Gentle, authentic and somatic yoga practices
• Guided meditation, breathwork and quiet reflection
• Journalling and contemplative enquiry
• Seasonal ritual and intention setting
• Gentle connection within a small group
• Time to slow down and simply be
No previous experience of yoga or retreats is needed. Just a willingness to arrive as you are.
Each retreat is limited to just 8 participants, keeping the space intimate, intentional, and deeply held. I pour so much care into creating these circles - and if you’ve been needing a day to rest, reset and breathe again, I’d love to welcome you.
You can even extend your stay with bed and breakfast, for just an extra £50. Contact me for details. Their accommodation is cosy and very comfortable.
Come exactly as you are. There is no pressure, no expectations, just a warm, supportive space to honour your journey, with my guidance and care beside you.
You can book via the links above, or click here to visit my retreat page. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions - I’m always happy to chat. I am just taking £20 deposits at this stage, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before each retreat.
With warmth and excitement, Vicki x
